Brayden Mann struck his second consecutive hat-trick to propel the Devonport Strikers to a commanding 3-1 win over the Olympia Warriors. In a fine team effort, it was once again the captain finishing off the good work, taking his season tally to 15 as the Strikers moved temporarily back within a point of the summit. Match Report

Launceston City 7-0 Clarence

Launceston City restored their four point buffer at the top of the table as they put last placed Clarence United to the sword. Tyler Fischer was breathtaking in a 7-0 victory that saw goals ranging from the sublime to the ridiculous in a rout of the Reds. The win leaves City 4 points clear on top as the league breaks for a week, for the Lakoseljac Cup final. Match Report

Kingborough 2-3 South Hobart

South Hobart extended their NPL TAS winning streak to 4 games with a 3-2 win over Kingborough. A 76th minute Jack Turner goal was all that separated the two sides as the final whistle blew, in what was an entertaining contest under lights. Match Report

Hobart Zebras 6-0 Northern Rangers

The Hobart Zebras issued the perfect response to a week of scrutiny, firing to a resounding 6-0 victory over Northern Rangers at KGV. Using the full expanses of the pitch to devastating effect, the Zebras unleashed an offensive assault the Northerner’s simply couldn’t deal with, striking twice early and dominating from start to finish. Ulverstone 3-2 Taroona

A Jazmin Gorrie brace guided Ulverstone past Taroona 3-2 in a thrilling affair at Ulverstone. With the scores tied at 2-2 late on, it was Gorrie who pounced to secure a massive result for her side. Having won the big game, Ulverstone’s day then got even better following the news that Clarence had taken points from City, meaning the Coastal side are now 6 points clear on top. Launceston City 1-0 Clarence

Clarence United caused one of the boil overs of the season, stunning second placed Launceston City on their home track to claim a shock 1-0 victory. Despite being out shot by a margin of 30-4, the Reds managed to put one of those chances away, as new signing Mady O’Brien made an early impact at her new club by finding the back of the net, something a profligate City outfit failed to do. Kingborough 0-2 South Hobart

Early promise turned into a tough evening for the Kingborough Lions, with South  Hobart edging the home side through a penalty and a lucky goal. Against the run of play, South got an early goal via a goalkeeping error and whilst the Lions looked to fight back, any promise for the home side in the second half was quickly thwarted by a handball in the box resulting in a penalty for South that helped secure a 2-0 win. Hobart Zebras 6-1 University

A hat-trick for Lucy Johnson sealed a convincing 6-1 victory for the Hobart Zebras over University. Zebras went in at half time three goals ahead, thanks to goals from Kayla Mason, Allie Berry and Danielle Kannegiesser before Lucy Johnson, stole the show in the second half, bagging a hat trick. University fought until the end, despite the result and conjured a late consolation goal through the hard work of Mikalha George. Match Report
