Australia’s biggest online exercise class for seniors – Wednesday 29 April
Active Seniors is encouraging as many Seniors as possible to keep active and connected during this period of self isolation by offering a free online exercise class. The class will be hosted on Facebook live, Zoom and YouTube live. The class will last 30 minutes and is free for all attendees.
